The Illustrious Clients are going buggy on September 20th. At our next dinner meeting, we welcome Dr. Thomas Turpin, senior professor of entomology from Purdue University. He will be speaking to the clients on a subject near and dear to the heart (and mind) of Mr. Sherlock Holmes: beekeeping.

Two New Holmes Films in the Works....

According to Entertainment Weekly:
~ July 1, 2008. Columbia Pictures announced that an untitled Sherlock Holmes comedy starring Sacha Baron Cohen as Holmes and Will Ferrell as Dr. Watson will be produced by Judd Apatow and written by Etan Cohan.
~ July 9, 2008. Warner Bros. named Robert Downey Jr. as the lead in its more action-adventure inclined Sherlock Holmes. Guy Ritchie will direct, and the script will be based on an upcoming comic book. No Dr. Watson has been cast. Shooting begins in October 2008, with a fall 2009 planned release date.
